OS2i offers free trials to international clients to understand the effectiveness of different service available for recruitment.
My responsibility is to deliver these projects. Involved in following activities
CV- Searching
Ability to identify search “active candidates” from Job Boards and clients internal candidate database.
Passive/ Deep Internet Search
Using advanced internet sourcing skills we identify “passive candidates” to create a targeted pool of head hunt-able candidates. In other words “internet name generation”.
Others.
Reference Checking, Job Posting and Vacancy Monitoring
